About the Role

We're looking for a Software Developer / .Net + React to join our Engineering team on-site and help power our global growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will develop and maintain high-quality software using .NET (backend) and React (frontend), following good coding practices and defined standards, while providing support and maintenance for applications built in .NET and Python. You will build and maintain APIs, backend services, and integration flows, collaborate on the planning, design, and implementation of new features and improvements, and implement production fixes when needed. You will train in Generative AI (GenAI) and progressively incorporate it into your work, participate in code reviews to contribute improvements and ensure team code quality, and document developments while keeping technical documentation up to date. You will identify opportunities for improvement in code, processes, and architecture, actively collaborate on solving technical problems, participate in technical discussions proposing efficient and scalable solutions, and contribute to a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and best practices.

Required Experience

• Software development experience (2+ years).

• Experience developing with .NET on the backend.

• Experience with React on the frontend.

• Experience working with APIs and integrations.

• Knowledge of good development practices (clean code, version control, design patterns).

• Good command of Git and collaborative tools.

• Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).

• Availability to work on-site and full time, in the Ruta 101 area.

• Ability to work collaboratively, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and join artificial intelligence projects.

• Advanced English Level.

Especially Valued

• Knowledge of or experience with Python.

• Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence / GenAI projects.

• Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS).

• Experience with automated testing (TDD and/or end-to-end testing).

• Experience working with CI/CD and good deployment practices.

• Technical certifications (and motivation to certify and grow toward the AI Engineer role).
